Submitting exterior renovation plans to the Wexford Village Architecture Review Committee is the first step needed in order to obtain a building permit from the city.  Without this approval, permits are delayed.  Submit the same plans to the review committee as you are submitting to the city of Madison. The Wexford Village Architecture Committee in efficient in the review process.  

Building plans for Wexford review are necessary in the following circumstances:

• Modification of the footprint of your home
• Egress windows
• Decks
