
The Board of Directors is the volunteer governing body of Wexford Homes Association. Board responsibilities include financial oversight, event participation, long range planning, and covenant compliance. The Board should be composed of people with a variety of skills, backgrounds and enthusiasm to ensure Wexford continues to be a well run association. Please consider giving your time.
The board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm (except July and December) by Zoom currently. The meetings are open to all members of the association (i.e. homeowners). If you are interested in attending a Zoom meeting contact the president, Jim Rather. All members are welcome.
The WVHA board consists of officer positions of president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, plus seven members of the neighborhood as assistant officers. The Officer positions are decided or reconfirmed at the January board meeting. Assistant officers are appointed by the board any time of year. If you are interested in serving on the board, contact any board member. To be a member of the board, you are asked to attend the monthly meetings and participate in at least one committee or help organize an event.
